Inconsiderate PICK N PAY ASAP Driver

ASAP online order ***1. I have just placed an order and there are items that I need urgently, shortly after receiveing a msg that says the driver is on his way I leave my apartment to the gate where I normally collect my orders. I find the driver, but he kept saying he has already cancelled. He is not allowed to give me the items otherwise he is not going to be paid.

I begged this guy, I even said there is medication that I need to take immediately. He kept mentioning the payment that he's not going to get. Yes he called, but he was not even waiting for 5 minutes. As I was leaving the house I was already on another call. When I asked him about the standard waiting time, he could not answer.

I dont know if he wanted me to bribe him or something. This is unacceptable, I paid for my delivery fee.
