Incomplete specials

Pick n Pay had some very nice specials this weekend, 28/07/18, so me and my wife asked someone to take us to Pick n Pay in Newton Park, Port Elizabeth. We got there only to find that the specials were there but not all of them were complete and we were offered a rain check on them. I am a disabled person with a small salary. I cannot go back to the store a second time because then I have to pay for transport again. The items involved were the cleaning material with the basket R59.99( They did not have the basket). The 3 sauces R55( They did not have the mayonnaise). The same thing happened with my daughter at the Sidwell Pick n Pay also in Port Elizabeth with the 3 cleaning materials, no basket. Before my disability I worked for Pick n Pay in Queenstown and I know the policies. Something like this would not have happened there. It is to such a bad experience years ago that my wife prefers not to shop at Pick n Pay and the first time we go back this happens so she is not very keen to go back to shop there again. Many other shoppers were complaining about the specials being incomplete.
