Incomplete order without credit or explanation

I am very unhappy with Pick n Pay Vryburg, I placed an order on ASAP App on 26/05/2025 and was scheduled to be delivered 18:30 to 19:00 but it was never delivered and when I entered the app again it was scheduled for 03:00 to 03:30 like I would receive an order at that time.

The order was delivered from 11:30 to 12:00 and I was not even informed about the order. Then at that deliver the order was not fully delivered I short 2 items of which I called the store to enquire about the short items that was dispatched but not delivered, the response I got was totally out of client care as they told me maybe the items were out of stock of which I didn't see such notice when I ordered furthermore I was referred to ASAP client care which didn't pick up the phone when I enquired about my delivery on 26/05/2025 and I specifically told them that I get no response from the ASAP client care but they insisted that I should call them. With this unacceptable service I can confidently say Pick n Pay Vryburg store doesn't care enough about their customers to rectify their mistakes and to make it worse they didn't credit back by money to the APP to notify me they are out of stock

Personally this is the last time I order from the store as I still don't have my missing items and I still don't have my money back.
