Incomplete Order from ASAP Pick 'n Pay

I placed an order on the Pick 'n Pay ASAP app on Sunday 21/11/2021 and part of the order were Maggi Noodles.. I order 5 packs of 5's Noodles but only 1 packet of 5's arrived. I then emailed ASAP to rectify this mistake and someone named Tamminique told me they would get back to me and this was over 6 hours ago already. I want my money back or have the noodles delivered. I hate that after we've paid these stores don't give a flying **** anymore!!!
