I am looking for christmas tree that is currently on special (special ending on the 6th of December). I have been to different branches, they don't have a clue what I am talking about, I have called the customer care number, I am not getting any help from them, no one knows anything about your specials. How do you advertise something and none of the staff knows what's going on? That is ridiculous! I am so frustrated and disappointed, this is so unprofessional...poor incompetency!
