I bought tickets at picknpay Boulders (Midrand ).. The cashier that was assisting couldn't find the event I wanted tickets for.. She verified 3/4 times regarding the event am going to I evfn showed her a picture and the tickets I had bought online already she then "purchased" the tickets I paid with my bank card... I didn't double check tickets due to we had passed that process with the cashier in store. I received am email stating that the event am going to was canceled, I need to send ref/barcode number for a refund.. When I checked the tickets purchased from store it showed a wrong event. I must say I am very much disappointed due to the cashier seemed to be struggling with getting the correct event cause she kept on asking. When I check the slip it says no refund. I WANT MY REFUND!!!
