Worst experience ever! I usually order through the Bottles App and my order is processed from the nearby PnP, Woodlands Pretoria East. My experiences are as follows(on different occasions) 1. I’ve received a wrong order, returned it and only received my correct order over 5 hours later. 2. An item was not packed in. I called and a lady by the name of Sharon (if I remember well) assisted And I had the Swiss roll delivered in less than an hour. 3. I have 3 items omitted this time. Called in and spoke to a guy by the name of Ernest - very ***********. I called again in 2 hours and he still couldn’t give answers on a way forward. Now I am still trying to call and no one is picking my calls. You guys have taken away the convenience of “online shopping”. Seemingly you don’t even double check orders. Do you even have a system in place? If so, it’s not working - go back to the drawing board! I can only be understanding of human error a number of times but not with every order.
