Still have not received my refund since November 25th. Onesimo Nqayi is a useless, dismissive and undeserving of a customer servicing role. She told me I would receive my money only to find out she has not processed anything. I have an email trail displaying her condescending behaviour. I then speak to a manager on the floor and I get offered R50, what kind of joke is this?
