<p>Last year I bought a gas heater from the Norwood pick n pay. I returned it as it didn't work, so I went back to change it and was given the wrong one, which I too back. I was dealing with Christine, who wrote this all down in her book and told me she would stay in contact and tell me when they got stock. She told me that they were not getting stock and to get in this winter. So when I went in with the slip, I met up with a rude lady, Ntombi, who basically told me that I was lying. After a long time, with her leaving me in the middle to go and play with a baby! She said that she would phone Christine, who is now retired and would definitely phone me on the 13th. Which she hadn't done and I still don't have a had heater that I have paid for.</p>
