Absolutely ridiculous service after an online order was not received. No one can give me a proper answer. When calling the call centre at first it shows the delivery is on schedule to be delivered at 16:45. When I didn’t get it I called again and they said it’s literally on it’s way to me as I’m the 2nd last delivery. 40 minutes later still nothing. When I called they said it’s been delivered. I never got anything. Then they said the order is on hold. How can one order have so many issues??? No one knows where an order of over R3000 is? They couldn’t say who signed for it. They couldn’t say who the deliver person was. No information. Never ever again
