There is no one working at pick & pay online shopping competent to get a delivery correct, or even fix it after they made a mistake.

i order a case klippies and coke 440 ml, they charged me for a case to my account and delivered only 18 cans. 6 of the 18 was faulty, looks like it was dropped, and 1 out of the 6 faulty is very close to exploding. i lodge a complaint with pick and pay, and all they have done is to refund me for the 1 can that is about to explode.
