I bought a 5 litre tub of Dairy **** at this store. On the 5th day I opened the tub, only to find that the product has an unbearable foul smell and it tasted sour and it was half full. At first the manager refused to change it saying they do not do returns on perishable products given the period I returned it. Does Pick n Pay expect me to consume all perishables within a day of purchase? I got an exchange after the black manager called a white manager from a different store who advised that I be assisted. Does Pick n Pay window dress with this black *********** managers who can't think for themselves? As a manager I would rather go back to the supplier and check the entire batch rather than sticking to a policy that you can't even show to me. You have just lost a client, your service has always been sub-standard anyway, your cooked food is always not well done and your Ouma bread tastes awful. Get a proper recipe from Savannah store.
