*********** ***** a. k. a Pick 'n Pay!
I placed an order on Black Friday with delivery to Northgate Hypermarket the next day. Not only did I not get my entire order, but I was charged for the entire order. Numerous calls from my side to Northgate Hypermarket and online and also emails have not resolved the matter. I still don't have the missing items more than a werk after order and I've not been contacted as promised.
Pick 'n pay online is useless as well as Sarah at Northgate. Don't lie to me and say they'll contact me for delivery because they never will! But taking money is apparently very easy.
