I purchased something online, was told it was out of stock and they do not do exchanges only refunds. It has been more than two weeks and I am yet to receive feedback as to when I will receive my refund. I have been in contact with customer service and all I have been told was that they have escalated the query to the finance department. This is unacceptable and I believe I have been patient enough.
