Incompetency redefined
Bought a keyboard and they delivered an in-complete package. Tried getting it resolved since Saturday and a Zayaan Ajmoodien (Pick n Pay) *** replies "Our support rep has indicated that your ticket has been resolved. Phew!" What a load of Nonsense. No one called or undertook to replace the package. Don't buy from the clowns, better off with Checkers.
