Incompetency of the manager to interact with the customer.

Good day.. I'm not happy with the services I received at pick n pay sables square,the manger treated me as a customer unfair n when I tried to reason with him to explain the situation he threatened me n told me I'm banned from buying at the store.. Let it be known that this is picking n pay sables square in milnerton next to astron, He is very *********** and does not know how to handle or communicate with the customers

I went there to buy pampers n the price was R239.99 and then when I got to the till it was R259.99

When I explained to the lady at the till what the price was she send someone to check it over...the guy confirmed what I saw,then the supervisor also saw what I saw as well as the merchandiser then the manager came to me with an answer attitude n threatened me to kick me out out the shop n banne me From the shop just because I stoped him from walking away when I asked him what's the solution to this problem because it was not my fault as the customer but the stuff's incompetency on pricing of the products

This is unacceptable n this manager needs to be delt with.
