incompetency of staff

I am just giving a 1 star for last night's experience. So via the mr d food app, i ordered my items. Then the order is late. The order had to be delivered by 19:32 allready. By 20:02 after having called mr d food they stated order is being picked and they would call me back (which never happened). Then i received an update order picked. So i ordered buns,cheese,patties,chips...and they go pick only buns and want to send it off to me plus the R35 service fee....what are you guys thinking pick n pay and mr d food???so you waisted my time and money and your driver's.
