Incompetency of PnP
In 2015 I got engaged and I linked my PnP Shoppercard with that of my fiancé.
We broke off our engagement and send an email to PnP to unlink us dated the 24/01/2016 to ********** I was informed to get a new card and so I did, Surprise surprise my pnp money disappeared after investigation my account was never unlinked. On the 18 January 2017 I sent an email to ********** I was told you needed my ex information to contact him I did so and you got in contact with him and I was informed everything was unlinked. Another surprise went to the shop and my money is gone again, phoned on 6 November 2018 and heard it was used by my ex. He sent emails again on 7 November and spoke to PnP and he was informed that this will take very long to sort out.
It is now 3 years later almost 4 years and I am married to someone else but the card is still not unlinked. All though my surname has changed any attempt to get a new card was not successful because it keeps linking to my the old card through my ID.
This resulted in me losing money on the card of which was over R 300 just in this year not counting the previous years. It seems PnP just shrugs their shoulders and says we must send an email and that has been done over and over again. So what now????
