Incompetence personified

Went to Picknpay Bluff and asked the cashier for a withdrawal. They made such a scene. The supervisor, a young lady screamed that I must rejoin the queue if I wanted money! I ask her why and she said people will complain that it will take a lot of time. She also said their policy is to only give money is the customer on entry to the store asked her hours beforehand to get the money ready!!!! Really!!!! Why then advertise that we can draw money at the tills? Maybe they should put up a big notice at the front of the store with this new policy so that we can decide if we want to shop here. I think I have been too loyal to them, despite the insults, bad treatment, indignity, badly trained staff, horrible, *********** manager, rude fisherwomen supervisors who scream and threaten like banshees and cold hearted cashiers who only flash their teeth at men! Time to move on I think because it is sheer madness to expect me to tell them an hour in advance and then to have the rude woman shouting for all the customers to hear : Who has R3000 for this customer!!! My safety is not important to her. Total twak!
