Incompetence in management

Yesterday 27/9/2019 we went to buy a few necessities at pick n pay in the Dihlabeng mall. Standing only 2nd in line to pay and 3 tills open, we waited and waited and the line grew longer and longer and only one lady on the till was actually working. The other one seemed to be visiting with a friend and the other let a customer go back and finish the rest of her shopping. I looked for a manager or till controller but there was no one. When we were called to a paypoint, I found 2 men sitting with their noses in the computer, no worries about what was going on in the shop. After complaining, one actually called someone to the front, no apologies nothing. Pick n pay is really going down the drain with all these *********** people. I only shop there if they have great specials or if I really have to, they are too expensive as well.
