Incompetence from Pick ‘n Pay Primrose

I ordered groceries on Pick ‘n Pay via Mr D Food, to cook for my family, unfortunately I got the wrong order, not even equivalent with the amount I spent on my order, instead I received minced meat and wraps. I called the support immediately, not even 5 minutes after I have received an order, they couldn’t help me, instead I was getting redirected, I sent an email with what they requested from me with no successful response, I’m shattered that a huge company like this would do this, I understand mistakes happen but can’t you take responsibility and help your customers and rectify your issues, to say I’m disappointed is the least. I want my money back, don’t even credit me because I won’t be ordering from you guys again!!
