Incompetence

I did online order on PnP home 4 Feb 2023. Confirmation was sent from DPD Laser order received on 8 Feb 2023 .Tracked order online 13th Feb 2023 confirmed order out for delivery at 10h47 am .Received message on 14th Feb 2023 order could not be delivered no reason given. Call center agents phoned me on 14 Feb 2023 order on way. They are unable to advise why the order could not be delivered on 13 Feb .

Is this the *********** business you running with PDP Laser couriers. As PNP customer this is the service that we are receiving.
