Incompetence and Contravention of POPI Act

Pick n Pay have people employed in their Customer Services department who have no knowledge or understanding of English or any of the issues raised. A standard response is received when an e-mail is sent requesting personal information even if the query has nothing to do with personal information. Complaints are then closed without any resolution provided. Mihle Mayekiso and Wendy Ngqwebo have requested my personal information and done nothing to resolve the issue. I'm not sure if this is related to incompetence on the part of Pick n Pay staff or a contravention of the POPI Act by Pick n Pay!
