Incompetence

I have never seen such incompetence and inconsiderate service, I orders nappies on Saturday at around 13:45 and now it's Monday 20:39 so pnp asap means what exactly, not even a call or email to advise on what the issue with my order is. I had to buy nappies at checkers since pnp deliver sla is 2 weeks, I am so ****en annoyed at such bad business practices clearly your customers means nothing to you, I had to even use my own airtime to call you and the call was 20 minutes long and your customer care people are ****en ****s...
