Utter rude service from cashiers experienced yesterday again. To complain to the "manager" means ZERO. Our hard earned money should not be spend on companies like this. With rubish status of the economy of this country staring is in the eye you would ecpect even better attitudes and respect for clients as retrenchment will surely stare this company in the eye as well. "Leon" or that is hiw he intreduced himself could apparabtly not speak Afrikaans. WHAT ???? ow many people in Pretora speak Afrikaans ????? Evem told me in so many words that I can go to H/O and complain its not his problem. WHAT ???? HOW CAN YOU ALLOW PEOPLE LIKE THID TO "MANAGE" YOUR STORES ???? For the how many times must a client complain about service/pricing/attitude/arrogance of staff at this store ???? ZDoes your CEO even care ???? Specific complaint 3 Jan 2020 cashier Lethabo Malatji till 5. Rude, inmannered, arrogant spitefull and not fit to work with public. Remove her she is damaging your company. Gues what ... she dont even care. So many jobless that would grab a job and kiss your feet get rid of ALL the bad apples in this store for heavens sake
