INCOMEPTENCE

I went to Cresta Pick 'n Pay Clothing yesterday and the Father's Day Pyjamas I wanted were out of stock. The lady assisting me whose name I cannot recall searched and found 3 items at Mall of Africa. I asked if they could source the item for me although it would be late for Father's Day only to be told they no longer do such. The lady standing at the door seemingly was in charge and her answer was a flat no. I have ALWAYS sourced items as far as Cape Town where they are most helpful and have sent single items for me from Cape Town. Petrol is outrageous as you well know so for me to drive all the way to Mall of Africa is absurd and ludicrous. I ended up buying at Woolworths so at this rate you will be losing plenty of customers with this bad attitude. This is completely unacceptable.
