Inappropriate service
had an unpleasant experience at PnP Busy Corner. I went to the store to buy eggs that were advertised on their Facebook page, with the special ending on the 4th, the day I went to purchase them.
To my surprise, they told me that the eggs were not on special. I asked them to check their Facebook posts, and they claimed the special was for extra large eggs, even though the price listed was for large eggs. The manager, who was slim, short, and light in complexion, had a defensive attitude. She said it was not their fault, but rather the fault of those printing the specials. Isn't it their duty to verify everything they advertise? How could they leave the post up for almost a week without spotting errors?
After some back and forth, Masilela assisted me, and I was able to buy the eggs at the advertised price.
The lady with the bad attitude didn't have a name badge and refused to tell me her name. When I asked how I could rate her, she said I should rate her on Smartshopper. The gentleman was polite and willing to help, sharing his name without hesitation. It seems the lady purposely gave customers a bad attitude.
