Inadequate number of tellers

P 'n P at Tokai Junction offers the worst shopping experience. Their supposed Quick Tills (Less than 10 Items) are a joke. I only use this shop when I need a few things as it is close to home, however I feel that during their busy periods (i.e. late Friday afternoon) they should have more than 2 tellers on the Quick Tills especially when there is a long queue forming. There seem to be plenty of staff in the store as I saw a number of them wandering around, doing nothing and laughing and joking with each other (fine when the shop isn't busy). I complained to the manager, who apologised and said that there should have been 3 tellers on duty. I felt that he was completely out of his depth with managing the store. Won't shop at this store again even if I am desperate - plenty of other places to go to.
