In an era of cybercrime Pick n Pay are acting recklessly

<p>It's been ages since I "cashed" my points in (in fact it's been a while since I shopped at Pick n Pay at all - I used to be a loyal customer for many years, then I stopped, I found on too many occassions your teller staff were sulky and quite frankly - there are enough unpleasant people in daily life - one does not need to go to the grocery store to see another sour face, but a n y w a y - I was at the Kensington Store/Park Meadows on Saturday - in order to cash my points, apparently swiping my card did not suffice, instead the machine prompted me to enter my ID No - and this in front of several people queing who also wanted to cash their points in. Pick n Pay - the process was horrid - there was my ID number big and clear for all to see. Surely you can get a better system going than this. You are - directly - putting your clients in line for cyber crime - it worked my nerves having to stand there and put my ID digits in and when I pointed it out the lady at the help desk all she said was sorry. And of course, it's not her fault that PnP has such a horrid system. I hope that shortly PnP will introduce a much friendlier interface system</p>
