Impressive customer service

I was at Sanctuary Pick n Pay to buy milk and when I got to the shelf the milk I was looking for wasn't in the shelf. I then looked around an I caught the eye of Nuraan sitting at her I signalled to her that there was nothing in the shelf. She then walked to me and asked how many I needed she asked me to wait. I waited and to my surprise she was carrying all the boxes herself. How impressive it's not every day that you receive such excellent service.
