Impossible to unsubscribe from Pick n Pay mailing lists

Unsubscribing from Pick n Pay email communication is apparently impossible! I got annoyed at the amount of email I was receiving from Pick n Pay. I logged onto my profile and selected the "unsubscribe all" in March 2022. Over the past year, I have continued to receive Pick n Pay marketing email communication. I have emailed so many complaints and I always get a cut-and-paste generic response on how to log in and unsubscribe despite every email highlighting that I have unsubscribed and I send a screen showing that I have. It gets escalated and after many apologies later I get an assurance that it has now been fixed. Move on 2-3 months and I get another marketing email and start all over again. It has now happened 5 times and I am not convinced it's fixed because they have not done anything differently! The latest response includes the same generic response saying that in future I can always unsubscribe on my side by logging into my profile!!!! Your IT system on mailing lists is broken and you should be ashamed of yourselves and you should publicly out yourself as being in gross violation of the POPI act!
