Impossible to do shopping
The layout of this Pick 'n Pay is so bad, its impossible to walk with a trolley. Every isle is so jam-packed that its impossible to maneuver. The worst is getting to a till, out of 12 tills only 5 are open, there isn't anyone to pack the groceries and the cashiers aren't trained when it comes to the use of credit cards. Will never return to this particular PnP again, its just not worth the headache.
