Impossible to change smart shopper details.

Trying to change your cell phone on a smart shopper profile is frustating and impossible.

I got my Smart Shopper more than 12 years ago. I lost my card and got a replacement card only to be asked for every store I used my smartshopper card at, the adresses I used during the past 10 plus years and the cell number I changed 10 years ago which I cant remember as well as the email adresses that I used assosiated with the smart shopper card. This is ludicrous. I always use my card in store.

Im not going to jump thru hoops for a simple loyalty card. PNP you lost a customer. Woolworths and Checkers are much, much more customer focued than you.

I spend around R8000pm at pnp you have lost my bussines.
