Impossible online delivery setup and facebook page moderator removing my complaint

impossible to figure out how to setup online delivieries or downloading the apparently non existent android app. complained about the non functionality of their website and delivery service on the pnp facebook page and my very valid complaint was simply removed by the moderator. well done pnp, you have lost a customer.
