I'm so disappointed and fuming where I am with the service I got from Pick n Pay

Good day,on the 25th I decided to download ASAP as I wanted to make my life easier and order online, I downloaded the app and placed my order around 5:30pm and it went through and waited for my delivery in 45 minutes to be delivered but 2 hours past without receiving my delivery.... Someone called from the shop which I believe was Pick n Pay Cresta... And ask if I the driver has arrived and I told him no.... Then after approximately 15 minutes later he called again asking the same question if I have received my delivery and ask if the driver has contacted me cause it seemed as if he was getting lost and told him no one Has contacted me to atleast notify me if they coming or tell me they can't find my address then he told me he will sort the driver out cause it seems as if the driver is on his way back to the store and I just said okay as I thought they will make sure that I receive my parcel..... But to my surprise I got an email that my order has been canceled and they have reverse my money which I haven't received even now...... I need that money cause was inconvenienced....... I thought I was going to get my money same time but no.... Worse thing is I sent them an email on the very same day of the incident but still no one bothered to respond or call me which made me very angry...
