I'm not happy

Good day I sand my husband to buy tickets yesterday for pines Resort at first the told him to provide name he told them he will come back later,later yesterday they told him their machine is not working and before he left pick n pay they told him if he comes back late they won't help him,then late the didn't help,today he went back there they said they can't help him there machine will stack and their boos will get angry if the machine stack and they have a lot of customers to deal with,which means his not a customer
