I’m feeling ****** by Stella Mkhungo

I went to Pick n Pay yesterday after I received news of losing my mother, I went there to buy a few essentials we will need for mourners. I then forgot my bag because my mind was all over the place. I went there today to retrieve my bag and Stella Mkhungo wanted me to pay R250 I explained my situation she then said “ condolence “ and said I should pay R150 I said asked her if I can at least pay R100 because the responsibility of my mother’s funeral is upon me. I then paid the R100.

My question is, how much are we supposed to pay in such a case when one forgets the bag at the parcel counter?
