I'm done with your stores.
We have had numerous bad experiences at pick n pay Jean Crossing Shopping centre. Today was no different. Unfriendly staff who do not greet, who have no sense of urgency when you request to speak to a manager because of this problem and after you bring stock before them that another patron had eaten half way and left it on the shelf. Then mangers who are too busy to see you.
The last shopping experience there we had to move to in a side of the walk way because he did not have any decency to wait for a customer to pass. Instead we have to move out of his way.
It seems to be the norm with the pick n pay group. No manners, no ethics and a no care attitude. That's how you get treated when you purchase your goods at a pick n pay.
I will no longer be supporting pick n pay.
(Lower case has been used intentionally as that is how little respect I have for the group)
