I'm done with Pick n Pay clothing online

I ordered online on 24/07/2024 and I'm Johannesburg. Today 26/07 I received a call from Ram delivery guy that he's in Durban with my parcel and he's on his way to me. I told him I'm in Durban, I'm in Johannesburg. I phoned Ram to try and understand how my parcel landed up in Durban. Ram confirmed that when the parcel was handed over to them by Pick n Pay it was addressed to Durban...how the f@#&!!! I checked my order confirmation email and the address I wrote is correct. I have trying to resolve the issue since 10am but Pick n pay is just not interested in revolving an issue that is existance because of their incompetence
