Iltreatment

We were treated like ********* at Pick n Pay Durban hypermarket on 2017-01-20 at about 18:30. The store manager by the name of Shaun Scheepers, literaly stopped us from leaving the store after having paid for the goods that we had already paid for. He threatened to confiscate a champagne bottle that my friend had bought at the same shop. The manager said we wont leave the store until we produce the till slip. Unfortunately my friend had lost it whilst putting his change in the pocket. We suggested that they look at their CCTV to see whether we paid for it or not, Shaun refused and insisted on us leaving the champagne behind until we proved that we paid for. We asked him whether how could we pay for groceries worth R 800 and want to still something worth a mere R 100.00. The following day we went to the same shop again. Bought a whiskey bottle and went to buy some more groceries into the main shop. At the till, the cashier demanded the proof of payment of the whiskey regardsless whether they do not sell it in the main store. I feel offended by this. I feel discriminated and illtreated as a loyal customer.
