ILLITERATE MANAGERS

I went in store Pick n Pay Liquor with my child, she 3 years and the security told me that children are not allowed. I then asked him where is the disclaimer? He failed to answer me and he then call Ms/Mrs Cathy the store manageress, she also told me the same story and I also gave her the same response. She told I should have left my child outside the store or leave my child with the security. I told her that is absurd and I asked her if she was in my shoes would she leave her child with a stranger (security)?. I don't remember any law in this country that forbids children from entering the liquor store. The only law I know is the one that prohibits selling of alcohol and drugs to under 18's. I reported the matter to their head office and I didn't' get a proper response or I wasn't happy about their response. Nolan Logan from customer service was handling this matter and Glenn Volmink was suppose to come back to me with the final report but nothing. Today I went to Pick n Pay Liquor only to find they posted notes that forbids children from entering the store after that incident. I was surprised because there were other parents that were entering the store with their young ones.
