Illegitimate competition

Pick n pay ran a competition for people who bought a case of Budweiser beer from their online store. They offered 1 of 10 65” TVs, I specially bought this product to enter the competition. I have continuously emailed and inboxed pick n pay, no one bothers to respond to my mails and online seem to just keep saying they’ll follow up, but I never actually get factual information and I am starting to wonder if this was a legitimate competition or if another way to ***** money from customers by dangling a carrot! This is not the way to do business Pick n Pay, all we asked for was if the winners have been drawn and no one can answer the simple question. Seems *****!
