******* use of contactless payment

Someone needs to teach all store staff that contactless payments at stores are for the customer to do not staff, it is ******* for a staff member to take your card and tap it on the machine, i would classify that as ***** as i as a card holder have not given any staff member permission to take my card from me and tap it on their machine for payment, this should be asked by the staff member if the client would like to tap their card for payment or if theyd prefer to have the chip & Pin option used. i sent a complaint directly to pick n pay wich was then completely ignored. no response from them at all.
