******* sale of expired Passover products at PnP

On Monday the 10th I was shopping at PnP Genisis and brought a few last minute Passover items. Over Passover I realized that there is no expiry date on the Passover pasta that cost R120 per pack. This is ******* as all products require an expiry date and I just couldn't believe that a reputable company such as PnP would get involved with ******* activities such as wiping off expiry dates of last year stock or selling products that do not have expiry dates. I thought let me give them a chance to correct this horrible **** that they were involved in without going public or the legal route. I went there today to return the two packets and the manager first of all denied the fact that they were selling these products and refused to return them due to me not providing a receipt of purchase. I obviously could not beleive that instead of apologising and at least looking into the matter or providing me with a refund, he instead got extremely aggressive and started waving his hands everywhere and screaming for me to leave his store. This is absolutely shocking behaviour how can a manager representing the PnP brand behave in such a disgusting, unprofessional mannerism. How can PnP sell products with out expiry dates??

Hi Thabisile,
I appreciate the appology, but unfortunately I can not accept it.
It is not acceptable that a PnP store manager makes his customers do a walk of shame out his store whilst he is kicking and screaming behind them. At the end of the day selling expired products needs to be dealt with in a professional manner. If this was indeed a mistake an apology and a refund might have sufficed.
How is PnP going to deal with this matter on a practical level?
I would like an emidiate refund of my purchase.

Hi Thabisile,
I am still waiting for a reply to my post. If I get no response within the next 12 hours, I will blow this issue up on a much larger scale and I will give it the light it deserves.
