******* ***** and False Advertising

Disgusting, unprofessional, dishonest, false advertising. My mom brought a freezer that was on special where she would get cold drink (fruit juice) monthly for a year. When we spoke with the sales rep he promised that this deal would go through. We received the cold drink twice (once when we got the purchase originally and the next month). Then the following month when my mom tried to claim the cold drink they said she did not qualify. We also received a phone call from the sales rep that helped us and he explained that my mom didn't qualify. I have proof of purchase and the phone call. This is f**king bull**** and ******* and we will be going to the courts regarding this. This is not the first time we have had trouble with this PnP (North Gate)
