ILL TREATED

I so disappointed with your service. I bought a fan in 2019 with a 2 year guarantee. In December 2020 it's stop working I than send it to they customer care on the 23 December 2020. I went back to the customer services on the 27 January 2020 but my fan is not back they than told me that they will call me before Friday. No one call me I went back today still my fan is not there. Marlele who was assisting me than call her manager try to explain to me what I didn't understand because of the period the fan was with them. He than have an audacity to tell me that I don't understand english to me that was an insult as I am not sure whether he said that because I'm black. I'm so disgusted the way he treated me. He just left me standing at the counter with resolving my issue . I want my fan or refund back
