Ignored by PnP ASAP

On the 24th of April 2026 I purchased groceries on the PnP ASAP app. I received 2x 6 pack cans of black label beer and a huge packet of washing powder. This was not what I ordered. I immediately contacted PnP ASAP using the communication methods in app but was ignored. I sent an email about a week later. Email also ignored. I phoned about a week later and was told that the call centre agent would investigate with the store and get back to me. She never did. I phoned again a few days later and was told by a different call centre agent that she would get the first call centre agent to contact me. Nothing to date and today is the 9th of June 2026.
