<p>More than a week after my traumatic incident with the security at Pick n Pay Northlands Corner l finally realise what they meant when they said " what can you possibly do to us" they didn't seem concerned at all even when l asked to speak to management because they knew nothing will be done and it was a normal day for them at work, wow I'm so horrified at how customers are treated because there is nothing they can do about it, head office ignored me with my email to customer care not even answered, l will not keep quiet at least l will share my experience and others will speak up also , a lot of people are saying they don't set their feet in those shops anymore because of what they have gone through , let's speak out , share in groups , blogs , tweets , people must be made aware how the so called giants treats their loyal customers</p>
