******** manager from pick n pay.

Just minutes ago I was in pick n pay in century city buying a rice with mushrooms and vegies. The rice was off, totally rotten and i took it back. I asked for the manager and she came, i explains the issue and she did not even look me in the eye she just acted as if nothing happened and made an exchange...I don't know why she thought she could treat me like that or is it because im young. My collegue asjed if that's and she said " there is nothing else i can do. She then walked away, I called her telling her that the next customer might not be so nice as Ian and that shemust remove that rotten rice and put a fresh one, her answer was" I just called someone from there". She just walked away. I wanted to cause drama but then my lunch was over. ..I'm so furious cause i have never been treated like that in my life.
