On Thursday 24th March my wife ordered two fruit baskets for Saturday 26th March 2016 for a 60th Birthday Party. When we got to the shop nobody knew of the order and the lady that my wife order it from was not at work as per the lady who was in front. We asked to speak to the manager, but instead he told the lady to tell us the other lady was of and there is nothing they can do about it. My wife was so embarrassed and we did not go to the function. I believe the manager should have at least came to talk to us and just show a little interest. This was a very, very bad situation and I want people to know how some managers operate.
